Optimized invoice workflow with state-of-the-art AI

A ver­i­ta­ble flood of incom­ing invoic­es trough dif­fer­ent chan­nels and at sev­er­al branch offices in Switzer­land, Ger­many, Aus­tria, Bul­gar­ia, Hun­gary and the USA — that was the chal­lenge the recy­cling spe­cial­ist TEXAID want­ed to over­come.

With the inte­gra­tion of smart INVOICE, the Insid­ers solu­tion for auto­mat­ed invoice receipt pro­cess­ing, the entire invoice work­flow could not only be dig­i­tized, but also opti­mized – nat­u­ral­ly span­ning mul­ti­ple loca­tions and input chan­nels.

This is made pos­si­ble by our inno­v­a­tive AI behind smart INVOICE, which, after the decen­tral­ized dig­i­ti­za­tion of incom­ing doc­u­ments, auto­mat­i­cal­ly reads the infor­ma­tion from all invoic­es and then for­wards the rel­e­vant data in bun­dled and struc­tured form to the fur­ther pro­cess­ing point in the doc­u­ment man­age­ment sys­tem M‑Files. M‑Files then informs the rel­e­vant respon­si­ble par­ties and prompts them to release or process the doc­u­ments. In the final step, the doc­u­ments are trans­ferred to SAP Busi­ness One and, if nec­es­sary, archived.

Com­pared to tra­di­tion­al, man­u­al invoice receipt pro­cess­ing, high error rates and redun­dan­cies in pro­cess­ing are a thing of the past with smart INVOICE’s tech­no­log­i­cal­ly lead­ing AI. In addi­tion, TEXAID and its cus­tomers ben­e­fit from a sig­nif­i­cant reduc­tion in the dura­tion of the invoice process. Thus, thanks to the inte­gra­tion of smart INVOICE into the mod­ern invoice work­flow, valu­able resources are saved – in accor­dance with the spir­it of sus­tain­abil­i­ty.
