Insid­ers con­tin­ues its long-stand­ing col­lab­o­ra­tion with Fraun­hofer IESE by launch­ing a new stu­dent project, giv­ing Master’s stu­dents hands-on expe­ri­ence in the work­ings of a mod­ern AI com­pa­ny.

With the launch of a new Cap­stone project, Insid­ers Tech­nolo­gies and Fraun­hofer IESE have once again demon­strat­ed their strong part­ner­ship. Over the next three months, inter­na­tion­al Master’s stu­dents will have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to work close­ly with the renowned research insti­tute and the glob­al­ly active com­pa­ny for intel­li­gent process automa­tion on real-world projects, gain­ing valu­able expe­ri­ence for their future careers.

As part of this project, stu­dents will take on chal­leng­ing tasks where they can direct­ly apply their the­o­ret­i­cal knowl­edge to prac­tice. Fraun­hofer IESE will han­dle the method­olog­i­cal part, while Insid­ers Tech­nolo­gies acts as the client, pro­vid­ing spe­cif­ic assign­ments and require­ments for the stu­dents. This allows the young tal­ents to gain real­is­tic insights into mod­ern soft­ware devel­op­ment and the oper­a­tions of a lead­ing AI com­pa­ny.

 

Hands-On Insights into the World of Artificial Intelligence

The Cap­stone project offers stu­dents a unique oppor­tu­ni­ty to work at the inter­sec­tion of acad­e­mia and indus­try. Along­side the experts from Insid­ers Tech­nolo­gies and Fraun­hofer IESE, they will explore the appli­ca­tion pos­si­bil­i­ties of cut­ting-edge tech­nolo­gies in the field of Cog­ni­tive Process Automa­tion, such as Gen­er­a­tive AI and Large Lan­guage Mod­els (LLM). The close inter­ac­tion between the stu­dents and the teams from Insid­ers and IESE cre­ates a learn­ing envi­ron­ment that goes far beyond what tra­di­tion­al uni­ver­si­ty cours­es can offer.

A spe­cial fea­ture of this project is that stu­dents are not only work­ing on the­o­ret­i­cal sce­nar­ios but solv­ing real-world busi­ness chal­lenges. They learn how to respond to client demands, work in teams, and grow beyond their exist­ing pro­fes­sion­al and per­son­al lim­its. The project puts them in direct con­tact with the lat­est tech­no­log­i­cal devel­op­ments that are shap­ing the future of the AI indus­try.

Togeth­er, they dri­ve inno­va­tions that are sig­nif­i­cant not only for the region but also beyond.
